How does the return and refund process work?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once we receive the product in our warehouse we will check that the product has not been damaged, after which we will begin the refund process.

How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our factory within 3-6 business days of purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (12-15 days depending on the country and shipping method customers choose on the checkout page.)

Do you have a size chart to help me choose the size?
