PROCESSING TIME
Most PLASH products are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
SHIPPING TIME
After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 5–7 business days for domestic orders.
Please note that processing and shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside of our control.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages may arrive at different times.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and available shipping method.
